Meggy Bernardt

Meggy Bernhardt is a multidisciplinary artist who, after years of designing furniture, interiors, and applied art, embraced painting as an extension of her creativity. Co-founder of a manufactory,  she also explores photography, graphic design, and fashion.

Meggy  views art as her destiny, driven by the impulse to express emotions and creativity. Her work blends abstract expressionism, moving from minimalist tones to vibrant colors, often incorporating small photographic fragments to create subtle collages.

She paints on MDF boards with structural resin, giving her pieces a textured, fresco-like quality. Her paintings do not need frames, as the lack of a frame allows the content to transcend boundaries. She prefers large formats to offer more space for interpretation. Once completed, she lets go of her creations, experiencing them as a viewer.

Her work is deeply embedded in the concept of Galery69, where every piece reflects her artistic vision. Now, she seeks to share her art with a broader audience, showcasing her creations and philosophy through her personal blog.
